Exclusive JNews Lebanon
JNews Lebanon has learned from highly exclusive security and intelligence sources that the “National Security Office” of the new administration in Damascus dispatched a secret, direct communication to the Lebanese Army’s Intelligence Directorate through shared military coordination channels a few hours ago.
The message included a formal, written pledge from President Ahmad al-Sharaa to withdraw all “unregulated” armed presences from the Al-Qusayr border region within 48 hours. The Lebanese side was explicitly informed that Damascus has issued strict military orders prohibiting any field commander—including Al-Talli—from making public statements or staging provocative maneuvers toward the Lebanese border, warning that any breach of this directive would be met with a decisive response from Syrian central forces.
