Washington has officially informed Baabda and Yarze that the finalized maps for the ‘pilot zones’ in the South have been expanded to include 4 additional towns outside the currently circulated scope. Meanwhile, the Lebanese Army has finalized a logistical emergency plan for immediate deployment there, should the Rome round culminate in a decisive international cover, despite internal threats.
