Exclusive Western intelligence sources reveal to Jnews Lebanon that the Lebanese military delegation in Washington will sign a confidential “Shadow Security Protocol” directly linking the Lebanese Army Command to a joint operations room with the CIA and the Pentagon.
Under this unpublicized agreement, Washington has pledged to strip Benjamin Netanyahu of his “immediate response” pretext. Any Israeli intelligence reports regarding “suspicious movements” south of the Litani River will first be funneled to the Lebanese Army via this dedicated hotline. The Lebanese Army will then be given a 120-minute window to address the situation on the ground, effectively blocking direct Israeli bombardment and providing American technical protection for Lebanese territorial sovereignty.
