Exclusive JNews Lebanon
Exclusive sources have informed Jnews Lebanon that circles within the Presidential Palace expressed a strong desire to form an expanded delegation to visit Washington early next week, including prominent presidential advisors. However, this proposal was met with a quiet “veto” from the Grand Serail. The Prime Minister firmly insists that the talks remain strictly technical-military, restricted to the Army Command and Prime Ministerial advisors, in order to prevent the politicization of the security arrangements tied to UN Resolution 1701.
